Dear Masters and Instructors and assistant instructors:

Queens Taekwon-do Center cordially invites you to the “First ITF-USA National Instructor and Umpire Course” directed by Master Ruben Suarez, ITF-USA Technical Director and ITF-USA Senior Vice-President. The Umpire Course will be conducted by Master Rodolfo Carrera, ITF-USA treasurer and Mr. Kenneth Rattet, ITF-USA General Secretary. The seminar will take place in Queens Taekwon-do Center, located at: 89-18 Roosevelt Ave, Jackson Heights, NY 11372 on January 29th 2011. This course will be limited to the first thirty applicants.

The event schedule will be as follow:

PART ‘”A” Technical seminar

8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Review of the patterns and unification of different concepts about the procedures to do correct movements.

PART ‘B’ Umpire Course

3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Update of the ITF Rules and regulations.
